We are one month away from the Feast of Saint Sylvester. Here are some important information updates for the event.
DEADLINES: Tuesday, December 27, 2016
The deadline for the Reservations Clerk to receive your payment (via postal mail service) to reserve your seat for the evening feast is Tuesday, December 27, 2016.
The deadline to register and declare your intent to enter the Baronial Arts & Sciences competition is also Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Please email your registration information to Lady Yzabel du Perche at arts@endewearde.eastkingdom.org AND Meisterin Agatha Wanderer at deputy.arts@endewearde.eastkingdom.org with the subject line A&S CHAMPIONS REGISTRATION

Our Exchequer and Reservations Clerk, Master Godric of Hamtun would like to share the status of available seats for the delicious feast as of December 4, 2016.
Good Evening
We have 26 confirmed reservations and 10 more potential reservations (based on email correspondence indicating “the check in is the mail”). Right now we potentially have 36 of our 75 seats reserved.
Reservations for the feast are still being accepted. Please visit the event website for registration fees and the Reservation Clerk’s postal mailing address.

Afternoon Nibbles
- Boiled-egg mice – egg, radish, carrot
- Breads with honey and honey butter
- Grapes
- Sliced raw vegetables – carrot, cucumber, radish
Main Feast
First Course
- Salad of Greens – assorted greens, leek, assorted herbs; separate dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
- Hirchones – ground pork, ginger, mace, pepper, salt, pepper, almonds
- Snow with Pastry – cream, egg white, sugar, rosewater; flour, lard, salt; gluten free will be available
Second Course
- Salad of Roots – carrots, parsnips, turnips, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper

Pre-registration form now available for Feast of Saint Sylvester
The pre-registration form for the Feast of Saint Sylvester in the Canton of Basingestoches is now available online. The feast is capped at 75 people. This event will also feature Endewearde’s Premiere Arts & Sciences Championship Competition.

Let’s help clean for the Hunt and have a canton meeting on Sunday, Sept. 18th, 1pm on Bard’s Hill at the Newburgh Hunt Site. Potluck has been suggested.

Daylight is fading fast. Let’s set the last joint Hadchester/Wyndriche Belfast practice for 6pm, Thursday Septh. 8th.
Heavy Practice – Belfast – Friday 8-19-16

Pre-Pennsic activities
A&S at Ced and Mira’s in China on Tuesday 7-19-16 and 7-26-16. Start 6:30 pm.
Heavy combat practice in Belfast Heritage Park on Thursday 7-21-16 (6:00 pm) and combined practice with Hadchester in Jefferson on Saturday 7-23-16 at the MASI site (45 Stonewall Road) – start time 10:00 am and lasting through the day. (More details to follow).
Joint Wyndriche/Hadchester practice – Belfast 7-14-16
Lord Thomas Winterwade and I will be meeting once again in the Belfast Heritage Park this Thursday at 6:30pm for a joint Wyndriche/Hadchester practice. We’re also looking for a space in Rockland for the following Thursday. Details on the second part to follow.
Joint Combat Practice
Wyndriche and Hadchester are planning a joint heavy combat practice to be held at the MASI site in Jefferson on July 23rd. Details to follow.
